From the West

In Manassas, get on Prince William Parkway and follow it until you reach Smoketown Road.  Turn right on Smoketown Road and follow it in front of Potomac Mills where Smoketown road becomes Opitz Blvd.  Cross I-95 on Opitz Blvd. and continue until you reach Route 1.  At Route 1, turn right and then left into the Build America 7 complex.  VMCS is at 14800.
